Good Accelerator
Good Accelerator is a platform that focuses on building successful businesses and organizations by harnessing the power of diverse individuals and spreading good leadership principles. They compare their philosophy to a cooperative school of fish where each individual contributes to maintaining course and adapting to changes without losing momentum.

Anna Philipson
Anna has worked as a CEO, other executive management roles, and in board positions within the telecom and other fast-paced industries, both in Sweden and internationally. Among other responsibilities, she has overseen Telia’s billion-dollar investment in fiber and served as the head of Telia’s sales and service division with over 3000 employees.

Lund University
Lund University, founded in 1666, stands among the world’s top universities with 45,000 students and 8,600 staff spread across Lund, Helsingborg, Malmö, and Ljungbyhed. Offering a diverse array of programs and courses, Lund fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, evident in its strong international partnerships spanning 75 countries.

Thomas Kalling
Thomas Kalling is Professor of Strategic Management at the Lund University School of Economics and Management. He leads and has led research for the past 25 years in partnerships with industry on strategic change following macro changes such as deregulation, technology, digitalization, sustainability, globalization and more. He has more than 20 years experience of executive education within strategic management and organisation.

Anna Brattström
Anna Brattström researches the people side of innovation and entrepreneurship. She has engaged with multinational corporations as well as technology-intensive startups, seeking to understand how to organize for innovation, spur teams forward, and initiate and govern complex R&D collaborations between firms. Anna has taught in executive programs at Lund University, Stockholm School of Economics, and INSEAD, and she has been a visiting scholar at Stanford University.

Eversana
Eversana is the leading provider of global commercial services to the life sciences industry. They serve more than 670 organizations, including innovative start-ups and established pharmaceutical companies to advance life science solutions for a healthier world.

Mike Ryan
With more than 25 years of experience in the life science industry, Mike has held global leadership positions in both clinical development and life-sciences software companies. Given this experience, he is highly experienced in the use of technology and understands its impact in simplifying the process of developing and delivering novel therapies and making them more accessible to patients around the world. He has worked with many biotech and pharmaceutical companies to develop clinical pathways that deliver upon the ultimate commercial goals required to ensure success for all stakeholders.

Mobile Heights
Mobile Heights, a non-profit ICT cluster organization, fosters innovation and growth in the digital sphere by facilitating connections among businesses, academia, and society. Its focus areas include Digital Health, Digital Society, and Digital Manufacturing & Materials.

Alma Sandberg

Janos Olajos
Janos Olajos is Senior Project Manager at Mobile Heights. He has 18+ years of proven R&D project, line-management and change management experience within Ericsson and ST Ericsson and IKEA. In addition to his strong background of managing international/multi-site, and cross-cultural R&D, he has served as deployment manager for large-scale Agile transformation including over 70 cross-functional teams and process adaptations. He also has more than 50 publications in international scientific journals and books.

Kunskapspartner
Kunskapspartner, with over 25 years of experience in strategic business development, assists small to medium-sized companies and organizations in gaining clarity in their operations and achieving greater internal alignment.

Givi Kokaia
As the Managing Partner at Kunskapspartner, Givi Kokaia oversees a team of young and skilled professionals dedicated to assisting small and medium-sized enterprises in enhancing their strategic, digital, and procedural frameworks. With over 10 years of experience in business development, Givi specializes in refining business strategies, optimizing processes, and driving digital marketing and sales initiatives. Their consultancy and advisory experience span various industries and markets, ranging from dynamic startup ecosystems to established corporate environments.

Carl-Henric Nilsson
Carl-Henric Nilsson has over 20 years of experience in strategy development and leadership, specializing in pedagogical development for universities and businesses. He helps executive teams enhance performance levels with a holistic approach, likening his work to the dynamics of racket sports. His key competencies include change management, strategy development, process orientation, and pedagogics.

Albaeco
Albaeco is a non-profit organisation with expertise in sustainable development and research communication on social-ecological systems, resilience, and transformations in the Anthropocene. Albaeco was part in founding the Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University in 2007, and has operated for more than 25 years in making research insights applicable to different societal actors, including businesses, government agencies, and educators.

Louise Hård af Segerstad
Louise is co-founder and co-director of Albaeco, and a resilience expert and science communicator. Among other things, she has worked with resilience analysis of municipal food supply and educated many different businesses about what sustainability is in a changing, complex world. Also working for Stockholm Resilience Centre (SRC) as a communications strategist.

Fredrik Moberg
Fredrik is co-founder and co-director of Albaeco. He holds a PhD in coral reef ecology/natural resources management from Stockholm University. He works as director at Albaeco and also as a researcher and senior communications advisor at the Stockholm Resilience Centre. Moberg is a specialist in biodiversity, ecosystem services, and resilience of social-ecological systems, with extensive experience advising companies on sustainable innovation and business strategies.

Jan Hellqvist
Jan is the CEO of Key2Compliance and he has a background in Pharmaceuticals, In Vitro Diagnostics and Medical Device in companies like AstraZeneca, Orifarm, Stryker, Agilent, TFS and Klifo.
Jan has more than thirty years’ experience in Life Science primarily in Leadership roles and lives with his family in Lund.

SmiLe
SmiLe Venture Hub is a non-profit hub for life science startups, aiming to foster a community of passionate innovators advancing healthcare. They provide comprehensive support, including coaching, fully equipped labs, and a global network of industry partners and investors. Notably, they operate on a no-equity basis, allowing for a neutral platform to launch health innovations.

Kristian Enkvist
Kristian has extensive hands-on experience in innovation, product development and commercialization. He has worked as VP R&D in several global life science companies, buy has also served as CEO and board member in a number of startups. Before taking the role of senior business advisor he has worked as project portfolio lead and business coach at SmiLe.

SmiLe Inject
Smile Inject Capital (Inject) is a Swedish angel investment company specializing in early-stage life science startups. Over three years, they aim to invest SEK 40 million in 10 to 15 promising ventures. They seek innovative health-related solutions in sectors such as medtech, healthtech, biotech, pharma, diagnostics, ehealth, and food tech.

Thomas Unt
Thomas has multi-silo competencies for finance, life Science, retail, entrepreneurship and innovation. He has more than 10 years from the financial industry combined with extensive experience from entrepreneurial development projects with responsibility for venture capital acquisition, IPO and corporate structure. Prior to joining SmiLe, he was CEO and COO for several startups within Finance and Life science.

CEO, Neola Medical

Neola Medical AB (publ) develops medical devices for continuous monitoring of the lungs of preterm born babies. Immediate detection of complications allows for early treatment and improved care. The patented technology is based on a spectroscopic method developed at Lund University in Sweden.

Linda Persson
CEO, NanoEcho

NanoEcho is a venture capital-funded medical technology company that originated from a research group at Lund University. The company is developing a product intended for diagnostics of rectal cancer by mapping the spread of cancer cells to nearby lymph nodes.
Currently, there is a lack of an effective method to detect the spread of cancer to nearby lymph nodes—a crucial piece of information for determining how far the cancer has advanced and determining the appropriate treatment for the patient.
