- Eligible companies must operate in life sciences specifically in BioTech, Pharma, MedTech, HealthTech, Diagnostics, FoodTech or CROs.
- They should have 5 to 30 employees with a clear ambition for growth and a professional, commercially driven management team.
- Companies must have already entered or have clear plans for international market expansion.
- Companies should have a financial runway of at least one year to ensure stability during the program.
Additional factors taken into account:
- Selected companies must dedicate sufficient time to participate in all program modules. Additionally, both the management team and the board should demonstrate strong commitment to the program.
- Company should be either B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2G (Business-to-Government) business model with:
- A clear regulatory pathway to market.
- A management team that understands regulatory complexities and commercialization strategies.
- Companies should either already have paying customers or demonstrate a strong potential to acquire them within 1-3 years. This includes having:
- A functioning business model.
- A proven technology platform.
The participation fee for each company is 99,500 SEK, with a discounted price of 49,500 SEK for companies based in Skåne.
Payment Policy
- A 20% deposit of the participation fee is required within two weeks of receiving approval to join the program.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of Module 1 in August.
Note: Travel and accommodation costs are not covered by the organizer.
The pedagogy of the 10xHealth program is designed to foster an interactive and hands-on learning environment, focused on practical application and strategic development. It combines expert-led lectures with peer-to-peer workshops, allowing participants to learn from industry leaders while sharing experiences and challenges with fellow entrepreneurs.
The program also includes individualized, tailored 1-on-1 sessions with experts, providing personalized guidance to address specific needs and goals. This approach ensures that each participant receives the support required to scale their business effectively, while being part of a collaborative, growth-driven community. The combination of structured learning, real-world insights, and personalized mentoring ensures a comprehensive and impactful educational experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee – by attendee
- If the participation in the program is cancelled before August 2025, no additional costs besides the 20% deposit will be charged.
- If the participation in the program is cancelled after the program has started there will be no refund.
Cancellation fee – by provider
- If the organizer cancels the program there will be a full refund to the attendees.
- Travel costs and accommodation costs are not covered by the organizer.
- Rescheduling of the whole program, the attendees will be offered to attend the new proposed dates or a refund.
If your company is located outside the Nordics, please do not hesitate to contact us, since we might expand the geographical uptake area in the future.However, for the 2025-26 batch, we are currently only accepting participants from Sweden and Denmark.
No, the participating companies should be prepared to attend the 8 training Modules on site in Lund.
The CEO of each participating company is expected to attend all 8 modules of the program.
- For Module 1 and Module 8, the entire management team should join alongside the CEO.
- For Modules 2–7, the CEO should attend together with 1–3 selected members of the management team.
The 10xHealth program is conducted in English to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for participants from diverse backgrounds.
